Promote, Diversify, + Expand Apprenticeships

United States Department of Labor Recognized Apprenticeship Ambassadors

TPMA was honored as Apprenticeship Ambassadors by the United States Department of Labor for expanding and diversifying registered apprenticeships and for our lead role in strengthening America‘s workforce.

Our team collaborates with employers, education institutions, government entities, and nonprofits to develop programs for helping people learn on the job to develop the skills they need for in-demand fields. These opportunities range from registered apprenticeships to job-shadowing and mentorship initiatives, serving learners from early elementary school students through adults. We also specialize in helping clients develop industry-recognized credentials that align curriculum with the specific knowledge and skills that industries need.

Plan

TPMA apprenticeship experts use labor market data to inform workforce performance and decision-making. We provide assistance in grant tracking, accountability, metrics, evaluation, and adjustments as needed.

Connect

Our approach is customer focused, designing strategies that attract employer participation and connect with applicable education and training programs. We provide adaptable materials and tools for training and coaching stakeholders.

Implement

TPMA has worked with state agencies and industry associations to design, launch, and implement initiatives for Registered Apprenticeships including program and standards development, expansion, pre-apprenticeships, registration, DEI, EEO, and AAP.
