Thomas P. Miller & Associates (TPMA) was founded in 1989 on the notion of making workforce a major component of any approach to economic development. Talent drives prosperity. Strategic planning is crucial. Without a qualified workforce, communities cannot thrive.
We’ve grown since then. Our team provides expert consulting services and strategic planning throughout the United States, working with local and state governments, workforce development boards, higher education institutions, and industry associations. We provide integrated solutions to grow the economic and social value of communities.
