Why We’re Your Ideal Partner

    Workforce Development

TPMA is well-versed with the workforce system at the federal, state, and local levels. We regularly work with workforce development boards, state agencies, and local governments. We understand WIOA requirements and regulations that dictate funding, services, and planning. We utilize public and private data sources for industry, occupational, and demographic data that informs the livelihood and workforce of areas. We leverage findings for career pathway development, recruitment and retention, and sector partnership creation.

    Education

We understand the ever-changing landscape of K-12 education and higher education institutions. From state mandated high school graduation requirements to tackling artificial intelligence confronting higher education, TPMA works with education institutions to strategize solutions. Exposure to skills, curriculum, and training start in K-12 and are crucial to opening a variety of educational avenues for young adults, such as on-the-job training, two to four year degrees, and short-term credentials. TPMA helps educators build and inform those pipelines.

    Employers and Industry Representation

Meetings, interviews, and other convenings with employers provide the most accurate testimonials to what types of positions, skills, and challenges employers are facing. Employers are often partners in our work to enhance quantitative data and so that workforce recommendations are truly responsive to employers’ needs for a stronger, in-demand workforce. We also collaborate and provide technical assistance with similar organizations of industry professionals, such as committees and sector partnerships, which serve as important collectives for larger-scale initiatives.
