Medical Insurance

TPMA pays 100 percent of the premium for medical coverage for full-time employees and prorates premium payments for those who work up to 32 hours per week.

In addition to 12 paid holidays, TPMA offers a flexible PTO policy that allows employees to decide how much time to take off for vacation, sick leave, or personal reasons.

Flexible Work Schedules & Remote Work

TPMA is a remote-first company and recognize the need for flexibility for our employees to perform at their best. Our core work hours are 9:00am – 3:00pm EST. As part of our People First initiatives, every Friday is a half-day. We hope our employees use this time to fuel personal growth and recharge.

Hiring Process

If you’re wondering what to expect, here is a general overview of the basic steps:

1. Application. Apply online to positions for which you are qualified and in which you are interested. Paylocity is our platform for all job applications.

2. Interview(s). If you are selected to advance after your application has been reviewed, you may be asked to participate in a variety of interview types. The process may include multiple interviews with various members of our team and could be one-on-one, small group, or large group interviews. Interviews can be held remotely via MS Teams or Zoom and/or on-site. You may also be required to complete additional testing, provide additional work samples or examples.

3. References. During the process, we may request and reach out to references that you have provided.

4. Offer. If you are the top qualified candidate, we will extend an offer to you.

5. Pre-employment checks. If you accept our offer, we will conduct a series of pre-employment checks to ensure you are eligible for hire.

6. Start! After your pre-employment checks are clear, we will determine a start date and provide all onboarding information that you will need to join our team. Welcome to the TPMA!
