I’m passionate about helping businesses and communities make meaningful connections between education and employment. For more than a decade, I’ve been developing and implementing workforce development strategies, including career pathways, sector partnerships, and work-based learning.
Before starting my role as TPMA’s Vice President of National Workforce and Education, I served as the Managing Director of Workforce Services for the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association. There, I led the Workforce Services team and implemented a portfolio of federal grants resulting in up to $9 million annually. My team and I fostered strategic relationships with partner organizations, including the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, Jobs Ohio, and Jobs for the Future. I also provided technical assistance and strategic guidance to OMA’s network of sector partnerships, advising on business engagement, talent pipeline development, and career pathways.
