With more than 25 years of economic development experience, I have directed, managed, and closed over $1 billion in capital investment projects, resulting in the creation of 20,000+ jobs. Before joining TPMA, I analyzed federal tax and budget legislation as an economist with the US House of Representatives and US Senate, managed tax incentives for Ernst and Young, and delivered numerous economic development strategies for my clients.

My professional experience includes leading business attraction, expansion, and retention initiatives; conducting target industry and cluster analysis; performing labor market and workforce analysis; and developing targeted marketing and outreach strategies.

I am a member of the MidAmerica Economic Development Association, the Great Lakes Economic Development Association, the Land Economics Society of Chicago, and the International Economic Development Council, and I have been a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) since 2002.

“I deliver proven, creative solutions to federal, state, and local government and private-sector clients by mobilizing the right teams, expertise, and resources that drive lasting results.”
