I bring a combination of direct services and analytical experience to my work at TPMA.  Focused on bringing innovative solutions to adult education and talent pipeline development, I use the specialized knowledge I’ve developed about career and technical education strategies and work-based learning to support students, workers, and communities. 

In previous roles, I have conducted educational landscape analyses, needs assessments, and best practices recommendations throughout Central Indiana. As a career coach, I was selected to participate in the Skillful Governor’s Coaching Corp, a partnership between the state of Indiana and the Markle Foundation.
