I craft client-focused solutions through proposal development, combining research, collaboration, and strategies to address unique challenges facing communities, organizations, and institutions. I enjoy gaining a deeper understanding of these needs and working across TPMA’s service lines to develop thoughtful, impactful proposals that translate ideas into actionable solutions.
Prior to joining TPMA, I held a variety of client-and customer-focused roles across hospitality, higher education, and non-profit organizations, which shaped my people-centered approach to this work. I view the proposal process as the beginning, and it’s especially rewarding to see projects come to life and evolve into outcomes that both our teams and clients are proud of.
