Montgomery County, Alabama, has partnered with TPMA to develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan focused on growth, community priorities, and long-term success. Through a nine-month planning process, TPMA will gather input from county leaders, residents, and stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and public forums. The goal is to create a practical, actionable roadmap that guides future decision-making and supports sustainable growth. The strategic plan is expected to be completed by May 31, 2027.
