Isabel Chalfant
Associate
I am a data scientist and Orr Fellow with an interest in leadership and collaboration. Since joining TPMA, I’ve supported a variety of projects, including evaluation, fundraising, skills-based hiring and career pathway development, workforce attraction planning, and AI strategy and planning for higher education.
As a student at Purdue University, I was a teaching assistant for the Data Mine, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with Merck, Indiana University Health, and MSD on research projects. These projects allowed me to lead student teams through complex topics. I also served on the leadership team for the Women in Science program, where developed curriculum and led outreach and engagement initiatives. I gained analytics experience through an internship with Lumen Research, where I generated client insights from advertising and marketing data.
“No matter what project I take on, I strive to learn deeply, produce thoughtful research, and create meaningful, lasting impact“
