I am committed to strengthening workforce ecosystems, locally and regionally, to make sure they work for workers and employers.  At TPMA, I have done one-stop operations for workforce boards, including EmployIndy, Michigan Works! Southeast, and CareerSource Southwest Florida. This work involves convening partners, developing coordinated strategies and programs that help jobseekers find and maintain quality employment, and more. 

For other projects, I bring deep expertise in developing and delivering professional development for frontline staff, supervisors, and organizational leaders. I enjoy community and stakeholder engagement, as well as labor market research and analysis, to bring both qualitative and quantitative insight to planning, decision‑making, and the implementation of workforce initiatives. Across all projects, I combine practitioner insight with a community-driven and research‑minded approach to help organizations modernize their workforce strategies and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
