Lindsay Bloos
Senior Consultant
I am passionate about developing actionable strategies to improve economic conditions and quality of life. Since joining the TPMA team in 2020, I have led and supported more than a dozen local and regional economic development strategic plans and more than a dozen housing studies and plans, encompassing rural communities, metro and metro-adjacent areas from coast to coast. My work in Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) planning earned recognition from the US Economic Development Administration (EDA).
I’ve also had the pleasure of working on many projects related to economic diversification and resiliency, entrepreneurial ecosystems, opportunity zones, placemaking, outdoor recreation, workforce development and postsecondary education, nonprofit strategic planning, and interactive data visualization. I specialize in creative and inclusive community engagement, high-energy, solution-focused strategy sessions, and integrating the qualitative data with other data analyses to form holistic and actionable plans.
