I’m a research consultant committed to helping organizations understand the systems, trends, and barriers that shape their work. I design research approaches that bring clarity to complex business, policy, and organizational challenges, drawing on both primary and secondary data to produce meaningful insights and practical recommendations. Before joining TPMA, I served the State of Indiana housing and community development agencies, managing economic development capital improvement projects and homeless assistance and prevention grants. Recently at TPMA, I’ve focused on the economic impact of childcare shortages and how this critical issue affects families, employers, and regional economies.
