Jessica Fortner
Senior Consultant
I am an education and workforce specialist with extensive experience in program development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. I specialize in creating data-driven processes that inform decision-making and improve organizational outcomes.
My current role involves partnering with colleges and universities, K-12 schools and districts, and state agencies to design and expand high-quality workforce and education pathways. I’ve also led strategic planning initiatives for continuous improvement, managed resources for professional development, and driven long-term performance enhancements.
My work is also informed by direct community involvement. Through volunteer service supporting local food access, foster care training, and advocacy for pregnant women, I bring a grounded perspective on the lived experiences that shape educational and workforce outcomes.
By developing work-based learning models, strengthening collaboration between education and industry, and aligning instructional practice with regional workforce needs, I support expanded opportunities for learners across all communities.
“By building partnerships and having a plan to grow talent, we can recognize the value that each individual brings to the workforce .“
