Dr. Sara Tracey

Sara serves as TPMA’s Vice President for National Workforce and Education. Sara comes to TPMA with years of experience in developing and implementing workforce development strategies that include career pathways, sector partnerships, and work-based learning. Her passion is helping businesses, and their communities make meaningful connections between education and employment.  

Prior to joining TPMA, Sara served as the Managing Director of Workforce Services for the Ohio Manufacturer’s Association. In this position, Sara led the Workforce Services team and implemented a portfolio of federal grants that resulted in more than $9million annually. Sara and her team fostered strategic relationships with partner organizations, including the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, Jobs Ohio, and Jobs for the Future. Sara also provided technical assistance to OMA’s network of sector partnerships where she offered strategic guidance regarding business engagement, talent pipeline development and career pathways.
