With more than 20 years of experience in post-secondary career and technical education (CTE) administration, including providing employer-sponsored apprenticeship programs and training programs based on industry-recognized credentials, I enjoy opportunities to help industry, education providers, community organizations, and workforce agencies work together to build strong talent pipelines.
My experience as a facilitator allows me to help groups and organizations generate ideas and come to a consensus. I have developed training on leadership, management, communication, team-building, and soft skills.
