What attracted you to education and workforce development?
Besides being a small business owner with my husband for 20+ years, I know the impact of effective workforce development and economic development on individuals, families, and communities. When communities become a destination place for businesses and workers because of a fully developed talent pipeline ecosystem everyone prospers!
What TPMA value means the most to you and why?
The commitment of each TPMA associate and the TPMA leadership to deliver high quality solutions to exceed client expectations. The focus on quality and value is very intentional at TPMA.
What inspires you?
Developing innovative approaches and resources to close the education attainment gap and to assist employers utilize best practices in talent engagement, strategic partnerships, and workforce planning so that individuals, employers and communities prosper.
Which aspect of your work do you find most rewarding?
Effective stakeholder engagement where each stakeholder shares in co-creating solutions and aligning resources to achieve collective impact and ROI.
