What attracted you to workforce development?
I find workforce development very interesting. You learn something new every day!
What TPMA value means the most to you and why?
Team. I enjoy working with others and bouncing ideas off of each other to provide the best product.
What inspires you?
My family is my biggest inspiration in life. My husband and my two children always encourage and motivate me to be the best that I can be.
What is the most impactful project you have been a part of?
I’ve really appreciated the opportunity to work with American Apprenticeship Initiative grant programs. I have come to love this project and how it helps to boost the manufacturing industry. We need to fill the upcoming skill gap, and being able to help train and prepare more individuals for needed jobs is incredibly rewarding.
