What attracted you to workforce development?

My background is in workforce development and training development. I enjoy seeing individuals succeed in the world of work, building a foundation for strong families and community development.

What TPMA value means the most to you and why?

Collaboration. Collaboration is necessary to get anything done in workforce development. All partners and stakeholders must be at the table for success.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by bringing together multiple partners and stakeholders to successfully move workforce projects forward.

What is the most impactful project you have been a part of?

As project manager, I led the development of a Strategic Plan for the Delaware County Department of Job and Family Services. The Leadership and team at the JFS were engaged, and truly cared about their clients and community. I enjoyed working with the team and helping them on the road to a successful launch of a strategic plan to strength the agency over the coming years.
