Thomas P. Miller and Associates presented the Steuben County Economic Development Plan to the community today at the Steuben County Community Center auditorium. The plan outlines the necessary actions to develop Steuben County as a Center of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering, a strong supporter of entrepreneurship, and as a diversified automobile-manufacturing base.
Indiana Center for Coal Technology Research (CCTR) engaged TPMA to support a range of energy projects and ongoing analyses concerning coal energy including the recently released research report "Indiana and Coal: Keeping Indiana Energy Cost Competitive."
The report provides a focused source of information on Indiana clean coal energy initiatives and prospects and also recommends initiatives that would reduce the economic impact of national mandates, legislation, and controls. The report also emphasizes the integration of biomass and renewable technologies into a strategy designed to maintain and enhance Indiana's coal‐based energy production.
