Organizations, communities and initiatives face constant challenges in securing new funding.  To overcome these challenges, TPMA assists clients in both identifying and pursuing funding opportunities.  We identify federal, state, and foundation support that  can help sustain existing initiatives or make new plans and future successes a reality. 

Executive Outsourcing

Our team has years of experience in the operational aspects of workforce development and economic development. The firm currently serves as the Regional Operator for the nine-county Grow Southwest Indiana Workforce Board based in Evansville, Indiana.

Project Management

Our project management portfolio includes both short-term and long term relationships focused on implementation of developed plans and strategies. Recently, TPMA worked with Monster.com and multiple partners to launch a regional web portal for the Wired65 Initiative, a 26-county region in the Greater Louisville, Kentucky area.

Oh-Penn- A Region Collaborating to Produce Results

TPMA worked with the Ohio-Penn Interstate Region to create strategies for moving forward in economic development, workforce development and education. However, we did not stop with that.
